1. Purchase-Money Mortgage Contract: This 7-page contract is more commonly known as a "Seller Finance Contract". This document is what we use well selling our properties directly to public or private purchasers. This contract has language for terms, taxes, insurance, alterations, repairs, consent, default, and much more.
