Rental Package (Stage 1)

The Stage 1 Rental Package is our exclusive and proprietary Rental Application Form plus our Letter of Denial of Rental Application and our Privacy Statement. These forms come in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel format and are unlocked for you to edit and make your own. Our logos have been removed giving you the opportunity to add your own, and highlighted sections are added to ensure you don't miss an opportunity to insert your personal or business information.

1. Rental Application: This 6 page application is what we use for tenant application as well as information for screening purposes.
2. Letter of Denial of Rental Application: This is our 1 page letter detailing to the prospective tenant(s) the rational for the denial of their application.
3. Privacy Statement: This 2 page document can be given to prospects during the application process to inform them of how their personal information is collected, used, and protected.
