Rental Package (Stage 2)

The Stage 2 Rental Package is our exclusive and proprietary Lease Agreement as well as our Inventory and Condition Form. These forms come in Microsoft Word format and is unlocked for you to edit and make your own. Our logos have been removed giving you the opportunity to add your own, and highlighted sections are added to ensure you don't miss an opportunity to insert your personal or business information.

1. Lease Agreement: This 15 page agreement is what we use as our binding contracts for tenancy between the company and the tenants. This is a very inclusive agreement with excellent verbiage and ideas for real estate investors to consider in their own agreements. The fantastic formatting and multiple tenant initial sections ensure the tenants have read and understood the agreement and its subsections.
2. Inventory and Condition Form: This 5 page document is what we use to inspect the property with the tenant during move in and move out to accurately and properly document the condition the property is in before and after the tenant's occupancy.
